Scholarship Funds at the First Community Foundation of Pennsylvania

The First Community Foundation of Pennsylvania and its affiliates administer scholarship funds that provide scholarships to approximately seventy-five students each year. Each scholarship has specific criteria, and the Foundation honors donor intentions in making scholarship awards from these funds.

The PHEAA PATH Program

The Community Foundation is an approved Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) Partnerships for Access to Higher Education (PATH) Program.  The PATH Program provides match grant awards to qualified recipients of scholarships that are managed by the Foundation. PHEAA will determine your eligibility for a match and will notify you after their determination.  To receive match grant awards, students must meet the following requirements:
